Everthing went smoothly the room was quiet and comfortable for us both. I booked through letsbookhotel.com for a double / twin room and found on reading the print that a twin room could note be guaranteed. top location close to all good restaurants, cafe and retail shops.
Superb swimming pool, spa, sauna & steam bath.
Room is comfortable and size is good and large bathroom.
Breakfast was excellent with so many choices and healthy fruit juicing drinks

We had a great comfortable room with a view over the parklands. Fantastic breakfast and great pool for relaxing,well maintained.
The hotel is centrally located which made it easy to walk to Rundle Mall to do some shopping and sightseeing.

The Mansions is well located in the retail heart of Adelaide. the suite was a great size. the suite was at the building's rear so although the outlook is not great, it was very quiet. Having a kitchen is great for self catering. Overall good value for the money. -

The room was a good size, the balcony great for smokers. The service was very professional and friendly. The Snooty Fox Restaurant was absolutely superb, food delicious, staff friendly. We will return when the deal is re-run. -

Nous n'avons pas eu de surprise, le descriptif correspond bien à la réalité ; nous avons également apprécié la Wifi gratuite dans la chambre (ce que nous n'avons eu que rarement au cours du mois passé en Australie), le parking gratuit, au pied de l'hôtel (ce qui est pratique en ville) et la proximité avec le front de mer. -

I especially liked the extra large size of the room. I liked having the mini-bar and snacks in the room, even though I only bought a couple of items, also all the little extras in the bathroom and kitchen. Staff were friendly and helpful. The small smoking balcony was appreciated. Breakfast was excellent. It was probably the best place I've enjoy

The proximity of the hotel in relation to the town centre and so on. I
enjoyed the stay and the friendly nature of every single member of staff
I met regardless of job title. Everything was clean, tidy and inviting

We had a great stay, and were even upgraded for the two nights we were there, to the newer side - which had a great balcony right across the road from the bay, nice big room, really pleasant stay. We were given one of the newly redecorated rooms in the old part of the hotel and it was lovely. A beautiful view from the verandah and all the furnishings fresh and comfortable. With breakfast included we got a really good deal.

Everything, the balcony room was excellent and the variety and standard of food was high class. To top it off when we were checking out Mark Ricciuto stopped and initiated a conversation with us asking how we enjoyed our stay and spoke with us about our trip for 5 or 10 minutes. That confirmed my opinion of him as a good bloke and topped the trip

Excellent in all respects... First-rate meals in all 3 areas including very good value "specials" in the informal bar and restaurant... Consistently very pleasant young staff throughout... Without doubt the best hotel we have stayed in for a very long time. Congratulations in achieving such a high standard.

Everything. The location on the water but close to Adelaide; all of the facilities; the housekeeping (everything was spotless, glass shiny, etc.); the food was excellent and well presented; the staff could not have been more helpful and gracious. We really felt that each of the them was committed to ensure that our stay was exceptional. It was!

Staff were lovely. Room was clean. Beds were comfy. Enough pillows & towels. Toilet paper was decent. Bench space was excellent. It was quiet. The shower was AMAZING, I couldve stayed in there all day it was like having a massage. Wed definitely stay again if we were in the area.

We loved everything about our stay - top drawer.
Front desk the most helpful anyone could be. Friendly and welcoming.
Dinner wonderful - steak superb - service excellent.
Only wished I heard the piano the night we were there.
and none of these things cost the earth.
Finally the gardens were beautifully maintained, for any garden lover a real treat to wander through.
If we are ever passing through this area we would not hesitate to stay at the Barn Accommodation.

The amazing service provided by the staff. I booked a room with 2 double beds but was given a room with one bed. Without any hesitation, the staff gave us a new room which was facing the beach. I also liked the security. Our room card stopped working so my husband went down to get a new one but the lady refused as it wasn't his name on the room. S

Great reception at the door by the valet who organized the car and
complimentary park for our anniversary. Restaurant service was slow but
staff did all they could with short numbers - meal was worth the
waiting. Room was comfortable and spacious. I did complete your room
evaluation sheet on departure and left it at the desk with your staff.
