The semi-private kitchen in the cabin was very convenient. The whole cabin was clean and we had nice advices from the staff to book a day tour to the whitsundays islands. The boardwalk to the lagoon was very nice. -

I was pleasantly surprised with the services we received in Hallorans Leisure park from the Manager and offficer who offered good deal for the upgrade of accommodation as well as kindly advised on local transport, restaurants and even pick up the meal from restaurant and delivered to us- this was definitiley to go an extra mile in servicing their

The friendly relaxed atmosphere and such helpful members of staff! The restaurants food was delicious and very well priced. Only 4 beds per dorm room and as not peak season the lodge spread us out so we had rooms to ourselves. The staff are excellent, chap I talked to used to run a 5 star hotel but now just works part time. Has kept his customer service level though. Handy tablets to borrow at no cost if you need to use internet. Good facilities easy 10 min walk into Port Douglas
