We arrived late after an extremely long journey from the uk and were
immediately greeted warmly. We were told all about our room. The bed was
extremely comfortable and we slept well. The bath/wetroom was
absolutely ideal for my wife who is disabled. It was quiet even though
it was close to the breakfast room. The continental breakfast which was

Great location, easy to find. Foyer looked inviting, bowl of apples a +.
Comfortable/convenience/unexpected extras (eg laundry, 3
TV's, large fridge). Cleanliness throughout the apartment. Loved the
complimentary breakfast with very friendly & helpful staff.
Friendly/family atmosphere. Comfortable beds, quiet night. Security
in lift ... can only be used by guests (would not operate without pass).
Secure & free Parking. Our visitors from the uk were very impressed

We had a fabulous stay and cannot fault the accommodation and
facilities. A couple of things that were a stand out was the standard of
our room - modern, comfy and clean and the location - pretty much
walking distance to everything. Southbank is just amazing! -

The full kitchen and laundry facilities, close to everything. Modern
facilities, nice pool (a lot of hotels in Cairns are very dated from the
1980s tourist boom I think). There was a mix-up when we were checking in
and we were quoted a much higher price than we booked, but for a
Harbourview room. We ended up getting a Harbour view room anyway but

Great location. Right beside the marina and very close to the city. Lots
of choices of nice restaurants just downstairs. Staff are extremely
helpful. Helped us with all the bookings of shuttle bus and site visits.
The studio hotel apartment was great value of money. The ocean view from
the balcony was fantastic. Can't wait to come back to Harbour Lights
for our next Cairns holiday!

We thought the staff were very accommodating. They really made us feel welcome.
I also thought the breakfast was really good. Overall, a really lovely time had by all and I think we will definitely come back again. Also, the room was clean and a great size for all of us. Thank you so much. -

The room, location and view were fantastic. When we arrived, we were 1 1/2hrs early for check in. We had two very small and very tired children with us, after a long trip. the service was fanatstic, eventhough our room was not ready they went out of their way to find us a room on another floor that was clean. Loved 3 things about Hilton - location, location & location - perfect, in the heart of Surfers Paradise, walking distance to everything one needs. Excellent facilities and perfect for a nice family break. The 2 bed apartments are perfect for a family - pretty good size, well stocked up with all one may need. Service was great - very friendly staff and I'll surely be going back there.

Perfect location -
It is located right in the things. Easy walk to shops, the river and botanic gardens. THe staff could not be more helpful. Really liked the 11am check out.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed here in the last 6 years. Good value for money. Good location. Friendly helpful staff. Chill Cafe at the front of the complex does a nice coffee and breakfast. -

I loved it's location in Park Road next to the restaurants- great for Sunday breakfast.
And it was lovely having a river view from the balcony- very relaxing sitting there with a coffee.
I also liked the interior design- where the front doors overlook the lobby.

Well done to this Resort. The staff are fantastic, welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Have stayed at alot of Resorts over the years and would have to say that it was spotless and there was a want for nothing at this Resort. This Resort should be rated at 5 Star.
Some of the bigger Resorts should see learn of you on how to run a Resort.

Lovely grounds and pools, good facilities.
Rooms well equipped and very spacious for a family of 6.
Friendly and efficient staff very willing to solve problems when they arose.
Plenty of parking space.
Close to beach and shops.
Enjoyed our stay at coolum @ the beach and would recommend it highly.

I work @ the No1 Luxary Resort on Hamilton Island, so I'm the type
to get up high & down low to inspect each and every aspect of Accom
I stay in, I would say I'm very Critical: However, apon arrival the;
outside: of the building was sercure with key touch entry (or intercom
for acess for vistors) clean tidy, very inviting.

Location was great for walking along the river with close proximity to boardwalks gardens and city., also close to restaurants, bars and ferry transport, which we used to go to New farm Park and the powerhouse. We stayed in a one bedroom which was only a few dollars more than the studio but with much more space. Staff were friendly and helpful and we could recommend mint for longer stays whether business or holidays.

Very spacious apartment just as what they advertise in the website and other booking pages. Just a few minutes away to Surfers Paradise. Very well mantained apartment unit and has all the equipment needed to cook, clean and do laundry. -

Like the pool but gets cramped when a few families there it's too small for the complex ,
Love the open plan room and kitchen is well appointed, 2 bathrooms a bonus, it's our second stay only price sometimes is dear in comparison to similar resorts -
