  The owners were so thoughtful. The accommodated an early arrival and greeted us warmly. The villa was immaculate as was the rest of the house.   I found the hosts were exceptional in making our stay extremely welcoming. The facilities were second to none. Rooms were beautifully appointed and extremely comfortable. Close to the shopping strip and being in a Lovely Country Town. - Loved the clean room. The under cover parking was also a bonus. No road noise either made the experience brilliant.   Once we got to the hotel, we were upgraded to the penthouse apartment for no extra costs and there was plenty of room for the 6 of us staying. The staff were helpful. It was very clean and extremely spacious. For 6 people staying, 3 bathrooms were extremely handy. We didn't use the free bike hire service in the end, but it was good to know they had it if needed. The ferry - Location was great. Easy access to CityCat and free Hop On Hop Off Ferry. Walkable to Southbank with many restaurants, cultural venues, great promenade, park like environment and the lovely man-made lagoon. Would go back to Brisbane in a heart beat. A bit of a mix-up with our reservation. They had us down for the night after we had reserved. Brigitte at front desk was great and found a room for us with 2 beds (which was what we had requested). Not too sure what happened with that!

  I recently...Sept 14, and 15... had the absolute pleasure to stay at this motel. On arrival I was greeted by Kim as an almost long lost family member and he immediately made me feel WELCOME. The room that I booked as a single room and Kim straight away said that he was going to upgrade me to a larger room with kitchen facilities. I have never seen that anywhere before, well done. Thankyou for an extremely enjoyable stay.
