Fantastic friendly reception on arrival, reasonable sized rooms, clean and functional. great having breakfast included, and restaurant on site was a definite bonus. i would definitely stay here again, so far best motel we have used in Goulburn as far as value for money and service go.

The room had 12 power outlets! 12! and 4 of them were either side of the bed.
The Air con was new and worked brilliantly.
The room was ver spacious which was great when it is raining and you have kids.
There are deer which were just a lovely touch for the kids.
There is a heated pool and spa which were very well kept.

After a long drive, it was most welcome and almost a hand of friendship. The main reason we booked our stay at the Whale Motor Inn was due to the gluten free options at their in-house restaurant and it didn't disappoint! Best 3 course GF meals we have had in many years. The owners are and the staff were fantastic and the views from our room were fantastic. Will be back for a longer stay next time. -

I found the accommodation to be far better than most. The management were in hand to make sure my room was ready even though I was late arriving. They serve AMAZING breakfasts in their restaurant and I can say absolutely that their Pumpkin, Ginger and Honey soup is the best soup I have ever tasted. -

The hotel was in easy walking distance of the Three Sisters which was ideal as car parking charges there can be quite expensive. An ideal location for exploring the Blue mountains. We were there when the forest fires were raging but everything was under control. There were many fire fighters staying at the hotel and loads of fire trucks parked around the streets so we felt quite safe. Added to the excitement really.
