Stayed there 3 nights the reception staff were so helpful the rooms were of a decent size beds were so comfy would recommend a stay there to anyone we will be back in 2 years time !!! -
Location was good, it was far enough away from the Cross that there wasn't too much noise around.

We arrived at the hotel before check-in time, but had no problem getting to our room. When we got to our room one of the builders who was helping to renovate the hotel said that we were unable to get into our room - so we got an upgrade to a family room for free! The staff we very apologetic. Our room was good as we were in a section on our own, rarely bumped into anyone at the shared bathroom. The TV has a great choice of channels. Every time we have stayed we have been made welcome! We bring our small dog, Ralph, and he is made welcome too! The minute we arrive be let out a deep breath and relax. The food is wonderful, the views amazing and the rooms are a generous size and always very clean and comfortable. Thanks for always making our memorable and relaxing.

We enjoyed our stay, we slept well, the unit was clean and Neville couldn't do enough for us. We enjoyed seeing all the birds congregate in the central area first thing in the morning. All in all it was great stay!!!! -
