This place was really, really clean and the staff were friendly. The room service breakfast was good and a real treat before heading out to the zoo for the day. -

Excellent value for money. Our 2 bedroom apartment had a separate living area so we were able to put our bub and toddler to bed without the distraction of us wandering around or watching TV. Cot was all set up for out bub. Very clean. Centrally located. -

We arrived at the hotel before check-in time, but had no problem getting to our room. When we got to our room one of the builders who was helping to renovate the hotel said that we were unable to get into our room - so we got an upgrade to a family room for free! The staff we very apologetic. Our room was good as we were in a section on our own, rarely bumped into anyone at the shared bathroom. The TV has a great choice of channels. With a change of plans we were readily accommodated with a change of
rooms. The staff went out of their way to ensure everything was to our
liking and then left us alone to enjoy our stay. I would highly
recommend the Golden Sands to anyone. It is around the corner from the

Staff were exceptionally helpful, and looked after us very well, especially when we left behind some luggage and they helped us out to get it back. Room was large and comfortable. Restaurant was well-priced and good, simple food. -

i rang before even leaving my house they were more than accommodating and made the ruby for my daughter and i very enjoyable. very clean and friendly atmosphere with great facilities would defiantly stay again and highly recommend to others. -

The reception was excellent, very friendly and helpful, explained the best places to have a meal, and the localities of same. My wife and I travelled to Coffs Harbour for Medical Specialist reasons, will have to return early in June so will stay at the Hawaiian Sands again if there is a vacancy -
