  We very much liked the accommodation in the cottage. The breakfast in the main guesthouse was very much home made, plentiful and delicious. As we were visitors from the UK, the arrival of kangaroos during the late afternoon on the distant grass patch was an added bonus.   This family run B&B was welcoming, comfortable, had onsite parking and was quiet. It felt like home. It is on the main road on the edge of the commercial strip across from the RSL. It is within walking distance of the beach. The continental breakfast ($10) was really good with fruit, cereals with yoghurt &/or milk, croissant, toast, juice ... ce que les gens disent » and coffee or tea. We will certainly visit again. - It was close enough to the town centre but was still quiet, the owner was very helpful and friendly, the room was a good size and very comfortable, and everything was clean and welcoming. Didn't try the brekkie so can't comment on that but the choice of food and the price was great.

  The set up is not like a commercial operation, it is like staying with friends. The hosts were very very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and local highlights. - Hosts very friendly and helpful, made us feel like a home away from home. Modern and clean. Facilities excellent.

  The room was small but was always kept very clean. The hotel is in a quite location and it is only a 5 minute walk to the nearest train station which was very handy. The breakfast was great. George, the proprietor, was a great host. He knows all his guests by name and is always willing to assist. The room was larger than expected and we were quite comfortable for our four nights. George and family also provide your choice of a great breakfast. The location was good, we walked to the harbour and only took transit a couple of time but the hotel was easy for using bus or train. We enjoyed our stay.
