  The sucurity was of high standard. Staff were welcoming and prompt. Easy to find and great access from street. Very clean and well equipped mini bar. Love the freedom of having the kitchenette in the room. Love the fact I don't have to step over and into a bath/spa to have a shower! I liked the newspaper, definitely a great extra.   We arrived from our cruise ship early in the morning and the receptionist immediatly said she would contact houskeeping and see how long it would be before we could book in. We went down town for a couple of hours and when we got back the room was ready for us. They had stored our baggage safely for us while we were away. The bathrom was huge and if we had been stay - We loved how close the hotel was to everything - Darling Harbour, Town Hall Station, QVB. The hotel was well maintained, the rooms quite soundproof when the balcony doors are closed. Also loved that there was a balcony so that you were not confined to an air conditioned box - fresh air was able to be let in. Was also great that the accommmodation was an apartment so we could make our own meals if we wanted and also wash and dry clothes, which was a blessing as hwe got drenched by the rain on

  The location in Lamington National Park and excellent trails, informative signs and friendly birds made it a 'must see' place. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We saved money by not booking the meal plan, but eating a large lunch in their nice cafe and taking out a wonderful, ample salad to eat for dinner. We also enjoyed a pizza up in the bar on our last night. - We booked last minute while traveling down the coast. The location is sensational and the view from our room was really great. We were travelling with our 2 year old son and a cot was made available to us without any problems. The staff was really helpfull and friendly. Dinner in the Restaurant was also very good. Lamington national Park is a beatiful place and while we only could see little in the 2 days we had we were quite amazed by the area.

  In the two room apartment we had, the rooms were very spacious, friendly with comfortable beds.There were TVs in both bedrooms as well as a huge TV in the living room. The bathroom was very large and included a spa bath which was well utilised by our family. The kitchen facilities had all necessary appliances including a microwave. A ve - Although I was only passing through Albury and had a shor stay, the staff were very attentive and friendly. Parking was easily available and free. The room was large, clean and well presented. The location was ideal for my travels through Albury and the standard of accommodation for the price was excellent. I also enjoyed my evening meal, which was delicious as was the wine. 10 out of 10 to the staff on duty.

  Staff were very friendly, was a bit worried as had read a lot of negative feedback. Would recommend the place to anyone. The only criticism that I wouold have is that there is no frypan in the kitchens which meant you had to go out for breakfast each day - only one saucepan but thats a minor thing that can be easily fixed - Very close to the tr... ce que les gens disent » ain station and not very noisy at all - loved the tiled floors as was lovely to come back to after a full on day to take shoes off to a cool tiled floor!
