the care and consideration given to us upon leaving as there was a power outage and everyone was eager to assist us as i had my elderly mother and motherinlaw with my wife and myself and we were on the top floor thankyou. -

My partner and I had a studio unit on the second floor.
It was compact, clean and self contained.
All appliances were in good order and worked.
The bed was very comfortable with excellent bedding/pillows.
The resort facilities were excellent and we enjoyed the pool, spa, gym and roof top bbq.

Our second visit to Landmark-this time for a family gathering and a two
bed apartment. We booked and were given two adjacent apartments on the
7th floor Very well appointed and fantastic view, excellent location.
Extremely comfortable bed too. Pleased that we were able to park two
cars and also leave our cars at the resort on the morning of departure.
We will be back.

The property is located in the quiet area of Mooloolaba. It has
everything on hand eg., Beaches, walking paths, restaurants and
supermarket. It has a secured car park in the basement with a service

It was a brief stay but what we saw of the complex was that it is clean and tidy. The pool temp was a little cold so could have done with a little heating and we only had one towel between the both of us. We didn't complain because only stayed over night and found out it was missing when getting ready for bed. Everything else was great.

bedroom/bathrooms modern. Swimming pool was nice with jacuzzi also.
Location was good enough, not directly on the beach but close to

The staff were excellent always friendly, polite, professional and went over and beyond expectation.
The facilities were adequate and the location was fantastic within close proximity to the beaches, underwater world and shops.

The owner was very friendly, warm, and gave great recommendations about restaurants in the area. The room looked like it just got new linens and art. The room rate was very economical for the area. The motel is a 5 minute walk from the beautiful Mooloolaba Esplanade.

Even though the pictures on the Website look a little dated our apartment was very modern and the perfect ending to our Honeymoon.
The apartment is perfectly situated for anything you wish to get too on the Sunshine Coast if you are playing Tourist or if you are just wanting a nice relaxing break. -

The apartment was spotlessly clean, the kitchen and bathrooms were modern and spacious, and the view out to the sanctuary was lovely. It was also recently renovated.
The couple managing our stay (Peter and Suzanne) were wonderfully friendly and very accommodating.

The location was fabulous - right on the beach path, on the boardwalk, away from the buzz of town but close enough to walk. -
We are repeat visitors and we love the beachfront location and the informal way in which the Beachcomber is run. The pool is convenient and has a very relaxing atmosphere. The facilities are generally very functional.

We stayed in an executive (ie: renovated) 2 bedroom apartment. The decor was mostly modern, and the older furniture was still clean, stable and comfortable. Bathrooms and kitchens were clean. Bed was comfortable. View was amazing (we stayed in room 67, on the 5th floor) of the beach. Tons of restaurants within walking distance. -

Fantastic Location, one street back from the beach.
ample parking, good entrances to the garage and plenty of visitor parking.
The apartment sizes were huge plenty of room for everyone and the decor was well done.

Seamark on First was excellent to stay in with older children and 2 young grandchildren. Very spacious for the wee ones to run around.and play. Apartment was very clean and tidy.Really enjoyed our stay there and the staff were excellent to deal with. Would certainly recommend people to stay there.

We had six family members in our party. Two singles and two couples. We
booked a three bedroom unit and were thrilled to have three bathrooms
with three toilets - a real bonus for seniors. The front and back
balconies had a table and chairs and was wide enough to move around each

Quality of the units is great. Fantastic kitchen and bathrooms. Secure building with car parking. Location is fantastic. 1 minute walk to coffee and eateries. 5 minute walk to patrolled beach, and supermarket. 10 minute drive to major supermarket/movies. Have stayed here before and will stay again.
