  Ann, the owner, made us feel special even before we got there, calling to ensure we knew the best directions, and to ask us which champagne to leave out for us! From then on, the service was outstanding - very personable and the staff could not help us enough. We will bring our family back. - We both enjoyed the professional and friendly stuff ( particularly Ann - the Manager ). They went out of their way to meet our requirements and were understanding of our situation. The rainforest setting was tranquil and relaxing. The hot spa was terrific and the bed ( in Unit 6 ) was so comfortable with the bedding perfect.

  Our accommodation was much larger than expected with good kitchen/dining areas. Well suited for a family of 4 and everything spotlessly clean. It was a nice site within easy reach of the Falls. The cleaning lady gave us a cheery smile and a wave as she passed by. Later she saved me the little walk to the office with the keys. It was excellent value for money and I loved the little touches like mentos on the pillows. I am definitely coming back.
