  this hotel was in a great location, close enough to walk to city centre, yet far enough away from city noise. Very clean rooms. Receptionist kindly gave us a key to put our bags in room and freshen up even though our room was not quite ready. - The breakfasts were excellent.   We loved our time at Alice's cottages!!! From the moment we arrived we were greeted with the warmest hospitality and service!! We adored the decor, care and attention to detail in regards to all aspects of the cottages and will now only stay here when we visit Launceston!!
