  We just needed stopover self-catering accommodation- these units fitted the bill- nothing flash (older style), but clean, well-maintained and spacious.   very clean and fresh, bathroom adequate with lovely huge fluffy towels and hot, hot water. Bed very comfy and four great pillows! Flat screen TV, pool, fridge and quiet at night. Rooms and bathrooms very clean. There is a large communal kitchen you can use (but we ordered pizza in). They have a vending machine for cool drinks and snacks at very reasonable prices. Very close to centre and shops, 3 minutes walk only. Very good value for money!!

  The manager/owner was very accommodating - he came out to the property early for us after we arrived in town earlier than expected. He also delivered a high chair to the room free of charge. The room opened up onto the pool which was terrific. The price was also significantly less than booking direct with Broadwater.
