Chris was very helpful with suggestions about places to visit in Coffs and in nearby towns. We also liked the large rooms, the microwave in the motel room, the availability of free DVDs, the BBQ, and the resident bird and rabbits. -

Wonderful warm welcome when we got there very friendly..lovely spacious
and clean rooms..they had everything all we needed was our clothes..they
had toiletries etc..had a great pub on corner $8.95. Lunch or dinner
very nice.Will definitely go back when we go back that way to hotel

The managers, Conan and Kim were very friendly. Conan carried our luggage up the one flight of stairs for us. The room that we had, although not large, had everything that we needed including a two burner stove top, a microwave and a small oven/grill. I have used this hotel 3 times now as a stop off on my trips north. It is easy to find, well priced, in a great spot, and the staff are super friendly and nothing was or is a problem. Having stayed here when it was Formule 1 i have to say the beds are so much more comfy. Also it was good that there was a bar fridge in the room. Complimentary tea and coffee in the breakfast area was also appreciated

The accomodation was very comfortable and a fairly short walk to the beach. There was a good variety of restaurants/shopping facilities near the hotel. The hotel ownrs were very pleasant and helpful and happy to make suggestions regarding where to eat and what to do etc.

laundry room located on the premises. Swimming pool which was at the
front of the motel behind a high brick fence for privacy which was good.
Quiet with a close proximity to everything needed, bakery, chemist,
supermarket. Hotel at the end of the road Hoey Moey? Had meals for $8.50
which were good quality and serving size.

We would highly recommended this clean, cozy place to travellers. Our room was the cheapest and yet it was spacious and spotlessly clean. The place is very close to major roads so traffic noise is inevitable until it slows down around 10 pm, but our windows sealed it off just fine anyways. The room was the cleanest we have seen in a long time and

Arrived well before the book in time; not a problem. Manager Chris more than happy to accommodate; in fact we were even given a unit upgrade at no extra charge. Very friendly and decent management; unit was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Will definitely be staying there again in the future.

The service was fantastic. Very helpful and pleasant. The pool looked very inviting and clean but too cold for us. Location was great for us. Close to sporting complex, shopping centre and cafes for breakfast. We were extremely happy for the price we payed and probably wouldnt of been interested if was anymore then what was charged.. -
