i liked our room,we got l a bit lucky when we turn up there ,they upgrade us to the premier room which was a great start to a first family holiday, we stay at aspect before a few times but this was the best with the upgrade of our room the boys had a great time with the big space to move around in,we like to thank aspect for the upgrade ,and peop

The building and units themselves are designed to take maximum advantage of the spectacular views. The accommodation is of a high standard and immaculately clean. The location right next to the beach and with access straight on to the main street of Caloundra is excellent. Everything is at your doorstep within easy walking distance - no need to get the car out.

We liked everything about this apt. It was well equipped, the location was great for beach access and walking paths. We were using the Translink busses and trains and it was easy and good value. Would definitely stay again if we ever return to the Sunshine Coast.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, we had a very late check in and the transition of check in that late was so smooth. Our apartment was very well set out with nothing to need but our cloths and food. We had our daughter, niece and a friend of our daughter stay with us and all were very comfortable, plenty to do with a beautiful pool and BBQ

Belvedere was extremely well located. Nothing was too much trouble. I had my elderly mother (83) and the apartment was excellent for mum to get around in. For the mobility impaired and my mother also is vision impaired it was open and spacious for her too move in and out of having rails, plenty of good lighting and very secure. I give it hundred p

I thought the apartment was spacious and well appointed. It was close to the beach and eateries and other amenities which was why I chose it. It did not disappoint. I would book there again. The managers were friendly and helpful. -

We did not go to Caloundra to look for pure luxury and spa relaxation at hotels, we needed clean accommodation and what a lovely surprise to have such space after uncomfy minute motel rooms at other places! We could entertain our friends with a meal in our flat without feeling cramped in. -

Loved the size of the Townhouse. perfect for our large family with a great private feel. Everything needed is supplied and the landscaping and pool area are beautiful. The kids had heaps of fun on the slide. -

I got a text 10 am advising my room was available early - which was great because it was pouring with rain. Undercover parking was also really convenient due to rain. Could see the water from my room. Also in walking distance to shops and the walkway along the waterside. Really

We loved everything about our 10 night stay here. fab apartments. we will definately come back and stay here again. comfy beds and apartments are bright and spacious with a lovely balcony.
