  It was comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly. Great price for budget conscious families. Despite the wet bed and carpet from upstairs I was offered another room which I declined because it wasn't bothering us. I would stay there again in the future. - Great value for money.   The reception staff/owners were so incredibly polite and helpful and the hotel had a really homely feel as soon as you stepped inside with a lovely smell and free cakes to pick up at times. The room was very spacious with a lovely balcony and the bathroom was a very good size with a shower which is easily the best I've ever used at any hotel! Got to my room and was very pleased, clean and very luxurious for the price I paid. Had my own balcony overlooking the sea. Had my tours and taxis organised by the hotel.

  Absolutely amazing place to stay, with great staff and superb accommodation. I arrived from my flight at about 5am, 9 hours before check in. This wasnt a problem, was shown straight to the guest lounge and was able to get some sleep and a shower and wait in comfort. My room was on the ground floor overlooking one of the swimming pools - it was l... ce que les gens disent » arge, clean and well decorated. The bed was huge and comfy and couldn't have wanted more. The pool was gorgeous, the breakfast was superb, and the ho - We really liked the layout of Palm Royale and so many swimming pools from which to choose.There are plenty of options for ordering meals but they are brought in as I dont think there was a restaurant available to guests. Buffet breakfast is available on site. Red rooster is nearby and a shopping centre within close walking distance.Security staff constantly patrol the site. The room was very good value for money and we would stay again.
