  all of the categories were excellent, the staff were exceptional, proactive and offering assistance without being asked; dealt with non-responsive credit card chip politely and quickly; accommodated unusual check in and out times without a hitch. Always feel valued customer here ( and also at the Sheridan St BW where I have also staye. Location opposite Central SC suits very well, and security - Very impressed as soon as I walked in the room. Definitely value for money with the convenience of being in the heart of the city.   We stayed in Coral Tower from the 27th of November till the 2nd of December, 2013. On the arrival we were met by a friendly receptionist. She offered us a better view apartment for the reasonable amount and explained the highlights of the city. she also booked for us a trip to the Great berrier rief (good value for money). The underground parking was also very handy. Th - Fabulous location! We enjoyed a 20 min walk to Muddy's playground. A wonderful playground for kids and nice cafe stop for Mum and Dad! It was a very pleasant 30 min stroll into the centre of Cairns. we had a warm welcome from Sandy and an unexpected upgrade. You won't regret booking to stay here. The apartment was clean, well equipped, very relaxing with a stunning view of the Esplanade. It is a wonderful choice if traveling with young children.
