Location great for both central Brisbane (if you don't mind walking
up one small hill) and for public transport. I didn't have to walk
more than 5-7 mins to anything I needed. Supermarket, bottle shop just

The staff were excellent and most helpful. The appartment was very clean and in great condition. Very secure site. Supermarket was just a short distance from the appartment and the city and river within walking distance.

Room looked basic from decor perspective but had facilities over &
above what I expected (tea & coffee, mini fridge, iron & board).
Everything worked & room v v clean. Asked for "high &
quiet" room which I got. Arrived an hour early & was offered
alternative room as opposed to original room booked which wasn't
quite ready.

Amazing for the price. I was a bit nervous after reading some of the negative reviews but this place is a gem. Cheap and right in the heart of the city. The room was small but perfect for a single. Air conditioning, TV, kettle, fridge, wardrobe, iron, ensuite and quiet. I've paid twice this for a comparable room in a comparable location. No hesitation in recommending and will definitely stay here again. -
I read lots of very negative on-line reviews about this hotel; so upon arrival, I was apprehensive. But I was surprised - location was perfect for the price I pay. Service was good and my room, towel and linen were clean. I would recommend this hotel again to any solo traveller especially ones on business trips. I wouldn't recommend it to a family on long holiday trips as size of standard room is small.

The staff were very nice, we had breakfast and dinner at the hotel and that was yummy. Rooms were comfortable and the hotel is easy to get to with free parking on the street on the weekend. We were very appreciative of Rupet who did reimburse us for parking at Novotel and received a car spot. The staff were very friendly on the Friday and Saturday but not so talkative on the Sunday as new staff were on -

Its the second time I've stayed there, due to its proximity to Princess Alexandra hospital.Its very clean, functional and within metres of a bus stop and easy walking distance to a train station, for quick access to the city. Across the road is a shopping centre. -

Its was great place to stay overnight waiting to fly out next day. Its walking distance to restaurants, where we had a lovely Italian meal. As we didn't leave Brisbane until after lunch the management were very obliging in allowing us to leave our cases whilst we walked to the shopping centre to fill in some time.
Would definitely recommend.

We spend a couple of nights there, and honestly it was just an amazing time! The staff is really friendly and really helpful. I was happy with the service and our room, only one thing stops it from being perfect and that's the parking, other then that I enjoyed mt stay and reccomend it to my friends and family nice place city palms keep it up.

I had a great time in Chasely and really recommend it. It has very good location, just by the Brisbane River about 30 minutes walk to the city, 10 minutes by bus and about 10 minutes to the shopping area. My apartment was very nice, a lot of space and fully equipped. Also, the stuff was amazing, really helpful and making my stay pleasant. I hope I’m back soon.
