  Staff were very friendly - the room was very comfortable and clean - the facilities were excellent & very close to shopping/Sydney and transport easy to get to. - The best bed . I travel 1 week per month and it the best bed i have slept in on my travels. The room was fresh and the furniture fairly new.

  The apartments were great for a family of four adults - we all had our own space if needed and we were able to do our own thing breakfast wise due to the great but basic (as that is all that is needed) facilities. The opportunity to utilise what facilities were on offer eg - pool and gym if we wanted to. The apartment was really very disappointing. It was dirty and very smelly. Couldn't stay there so I contacted letsbookhotel.com and they were very helpful. They talked to the hotel manager and we were shifted to a family room in their hotel the next morning which was a lot better than the apartment. It was clean.
