  Everything. We were upgarded without it being requested so that we had a quiet room. Reception staff were excellent as was the assitance given from the tours desk and the restaurant.   We stayed twice at the Pullman International Cairns on this trip. Two nights on the way to Port Douglas and one night on the way back. On the way to Port Douglas we arrived at ten thirty and our room was ready. It was clean, tasteful and had a great view all over Cairns. The breakfast buffet was extensive and the pool and surrounds were beaut... ce que les gens disent » iful. When we left two bottles of chilled water had been placed in our rental car. On the second stay our room was not ready when we arrived at midd - We just had the best time at your hotel.... We had dinner at Cocos then a complimentary breakfast the next morning which was part of our accommodation package ... Your staff are the most friendly, easy going people we have come across in any hotel we have ever stayed at, even the guys who park our car to the the valet who brings our bags to our room.... 6 star in our books.... Keep up the good work guys & gals ... you make a great team...

  The hotel is in a wonderfully quiet location with a short walk to anything you could desire. The room was larger than we expected and had everything you might need in it.   The Reef Retreat is a quiet and peaceful hotel, set amongst beautiful gardens, with a gorgeous pool in the dappled shade. Our two bedroom villa was very spacious, clean, and stylish and had a balcony set amongst the tree tops. We often had the run of the pool, which the kids adored. Clive very helpfully booked rental cars for us, suggested and boo... ce que les gens disent » ked tours, and even lent us an eskie for our trip to Green Island. We loved our stay, would highly recommend the hotel, and hope to come back. - We stayed at Reef Retreat for a week and it was perfect. The accommodation was very clean, modern and comfortable. The hosts Clive and Mary were very pleasant and helpful, as were the staff. Beautiful location, close to the lovely beach and restaurants, great for a relaxing holiday.

  The location is excellent. Our room was lovely and the facilities really good. The serenity pool allows quiet away from the beach pool. Very pleased with our stay will certainly stay again. - The staff were very helpful. We didnt like the room we were given as was 3 rd floor and were moved to a garden view room,no problem.
