Arrived late and left very early but this motel met all my needs perfectly - comfortable bed, quiet location, free shuttle bus to airport that arrived on time, and cheaper than many of the others. Would stay again to catch an early morning flight. -

well where do i start straight from making the booking,Tom was on the phone to me within five minutes asking me wether the room i booked was suitable absolute profesional .i told Tom what i was coming over for and he knew i was on the red eye flight and offered me to come straight to motel and drop bags off and he would endeavour about a early che

Very friendly staff who didn't mind being woken at 3am for keys and queries nor did they mind us turning up late for breakfast.
Very convenient very clean very comfortable.
Shame we didn't get time for pool.
Short but very sweet stay.

I was only there for a night, as I had an early flight the next morning
The staff were friendly and helpful. Its in a good location with many eating places nearby. It was a $25 taxi ride, but compared to the much higher cost of hotels closer ,that was fine. -
It is very well located in reach of the CBD and the airport with transport at your fing

The staff (man at the front desk) was so helpful and answered all of our touristy questions! He had a smile the whole time and made me and all my friends feel very welcome!! We were very appreciative of his patience and friendly attitude!

Its was great place to stay overnight waiting to fly out next day. Its walking distance to restaurants, where we had a lovely Italian meal. As we didn't leave Brisbane until after lunch the management were very obliging in allowing us to leave our cases whilst we walked to the shopping centre to fill in some time.
Would definitely recommend.

I had arrived relatively late from an international flight & was due to depart for Airport again at 5am next morning - the Receptionist was really accommodating & understanding that I required my complete invoice for the stay at check-in, she directed me across the road for a good evening meal & pre-booked taxi transport for my trip ba

The motel was overall very good, and does have undercover parking, which is good if a storm hits. Very clean. We had a downstairs unit, at the rear, so was very quiet.

Le personnel est toujours prêt à aider (adaptateur de prise, parapluie,
etc.). Tout en étant assez prêt de l'aéroport, l'hôtel n'est
aussi qu'à 5mn à pied de l'embarcadère croisière et surtout à
environ 8 mn à pied de l'embarcadère pour les nombreux Catcity
(catamarans rapides) qui font la navette jusqu'au centre ville en
35-40 mn d'une croisière

It was handy to the cruise ship terminal which was what we required. They provided a free shuttle service to the terminal which, although the distance was walkable, it was appreciated. It was very clean and comfortable though the traffic noise was constant through the night as it is near a busy intersection. Staff were very friendly. It was handy to eateries and an IGA store which provided what we required. -
Reception was friendly and efficient and hand you a little carton of cold UHT milk which is nice. The room was very clean and comfortable. Even though the motel is on the main road it is not overly noisy. Plenty of undercover parking. Motel within walking distance to the shops and cafes on Racecourse Road, and the Port.

Friendly staff, willing to help poor Canadains who had never been toAustralia before. They were great. Thank you. - Proximity to the airport and other locations I neede to travel to. I was impressed with the way the reception staff handled an obnoxious client.

Have stayed in this hotel on several occasions, service always consistently good and whilst it's not claiming to be the Grand Hyatt, for me this accommodation is fine and the location suits my business and is also very close to the Port as well as Airport. -

Ideal for my one night in Brisbane. I liked the fact that the house was typically Queensland style & the girl on reception was really helpful advising me on where to go n wot2 do. 10min walk to ferry n river front. I got off the plane at 12:00 at night, and had to leave at 04:00 in the morning to catch the plane out and the accomodation was very understanding of this.Also I was able to freely come and go each day, and no one had a problem. I had a great stay with Bowen Terrace and it was well located for me to get to know Brisbane.
