  The room was clean and had many dish TV program to select. The most important thing is they are all non-smoking room. It is very fair enough with 2 stars hotel rate. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. I am so glad that he strongly suggested me to visit " Big Surf" besides "17 miles". I also made the reservation for the wrong night and he did not charge me to change it- and he lowered the price. The room was clean and exactly what was expected.

  My friends and I came here for a quick golfing expedition, and we decided on this hotel because of its affordability. For the price we paid, we didn't expect a nice hotel, but we certainly got one! What we didn't expect, for the price we paid, how nice this place was! Everything looked new! Very nice look and feel of the whole hotel.   The location of this hotel is incredible, right on the beach with a restaurant on the top floor. We watched dolphins playing in the waves as we chowed down on amazing pancakes and eggs benedict. Its also right on a bike path into Monterey, 20 min ride one way and in the other direction, wild empty wild beaches and sand dunes for miles. Staff super helpful and friendly, especially Luis, even when we asked for room - Their location is right on a beautiful beach with uninterrupted views of the Pacific Ocean - it's fantastic! The hotel is also well designed to allow views and access to the ocean all throughout the facility. This Best Western truly takes advantage of its prime location. Also it is very conveniently located right off the Highway 1, and is just outside of Monterey so the beach is primarily for hotel guests!
