i loved everything. i grew up in monterey county and moved to san luis obispo county. everytime i go up north i stay there and i would recommend it. the staff are super nice, friendly, and easy-going. some places i've stayed at they were rude and acted as if they want you to leave. here they act like they are happy to have you stay. its quiet, clean, and really affordable.

It is a classical american Motel. I got a clean room, a clean good bed and a clean bathroom. In the room there was also a small fridge.It was quiet and I slept well. The continental breakfast - first come first serve: There is fresh coffee/milk/orange juice/cake/cereals. People take their breakfast to their room with tablets.

The bed was so comfortable! We were set all the way to the back of the
parking lot, so it was very quiet. I actually had one of the best
nights' sleep I've ever had in a hotel! It was so affordable,
and there was even a breakfast included! The owner/operator was very
attentive, and even boiled water for me in his own kitchen and brought
it out. We will definitely come back every time we visit the area.

Loved the kitchenette! It didn't come stocked with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc. but you could come prepared & bring your own. Fridge was a good size; microwave a plus! Also nice to have a coffee machine in the room even though you can get some in the morning from the free breakfast, which is always nice. I will buy one of those waffle irons some day! The pool is a great temperature.

My husband and I came here for a quick, unplanned shopping/golfing trip, and we really picked this hotel of it's close location to all the downtown dining/shopping AND golfing. What we didn't expect, for the price we paid, how nice this place was! Everything looked new! Very nice look and feel of the whole hotel. Honestly, the value was great and it served it's purpose. - Oakhurst is a very good location from which to explore the southern part of Yosemite and Bass lake country. The hotel is conveniently located and fair in all respects, no surprises in either direction.
