my husband had surgery at St. Johns HOspital and the location was perfect. Wish there was an outdoor type place to sit and read or hatever during nice weather...pool? We arrived very early in the morning and the staff made every effort to get our room ready as quickly as possible which was really appreciated after a long flight from Australia.

The location was outstanding: right across from the beach. The pool had a wonderful set up with cabannas and two smaller pools which made it more intimate. The décor was modern and fun. The staff was very accommodating and knew us by name. I even got a text on my cell phone asking if we needed any help. There wasn't a wait for valet to bring the car up.

Very welcoming, and active, with a great design and great access to the beach. Rooms are large and comfortable. The hotel is in a walking distance to the most popular locations. The concierge are knowledgeable and can help you a lot to find what you need. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Brilliant, friendly & helpfull staff. It's right on the famous
boardwalk next to plenty of restaurants & a small convenience store.
It's secure, with a good safety deposit box in the room & I felt
safe despite the colour characters going in & out at night. My room
was also impeccably clean, as was the whole hotel. -
The staff at this hotel were sensational! We got to check-in early, had our bags carried up 3 flights of stairs (because the elevator was on the fritz) and got to check-out late so we could sleep off our jet-lag. Plus they have one of the best lobby spaces I've ever seen and there's rooftop access to watch the sunset over Venice.

Very good hotel for a very good price, considering the location, very
close to santa monica beach. I had a misunderstanding for the night
parking, but I understood that limited space was temporarily and the
night guy did not mention to me they had another private parking. Aside
from that receptionist really helpful and friendly, the room very big
and clean, good wifi and facilities. Very helpful the laundry on site
for only 4$ wash and dry.
