The staff is very accomodating. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and pretty. We always stay at this hotel for business (we're in town about 4 times a year). -
Check in and check out service was excellent. Friendly desk staff. Good restaurant service and well balanced menu choice and price range.

Great welcome with complimentary snacks and drinks when we arrived - and not just chips, but food. Central location, easy walk to pier and tourist activities. Lovely room. -
Valet service for car parking - young guys were helpful, polite and friendly.
Location great for restaurants, harbour and Saturday market.

Great location for Downtown St Petersburg and bay. helpful, friendly staff. Great lounge seating and decor. Really comfortable beds in clean, pleasant bedrooms.
Nice pool area with plenty of sun loungers and good drinks and food service. -
Excellent stay. This was the second time within 6 months. Particularly enjoyed the swimming pool and gym/spa

Room amenities like mini fridge and microwave allowed us to buy groceries and lower the cost of eating out all the time with ravenous teenagers. Complimentary breakfast buffet was an added bonus. -
The front desk attendant (Vicki) was very attentive, and accommodating.

It was centrally located for us. We remembered what it used to be when we lived in St. Pete. Could hardly believe the transformation. It's beautiful! -
Everything was wonderful we went to Tropicana Field for two baseball games and this hotel was easy to get to coming from and going to the field.

We loved this hotel. Out was very close to Eckerd College which we were visiting. We enjoyed the beautiful birds and flying fish. .. even died a skate and small tiger shark doing some fishing for himself. The cove was absolutely beautiful and we absolutely loved our times there! ! housekeeping(rose)was so nice and actually talk to me and made me feel welcome. it wasn't a bother to ask for extra towels..only hotel in 10hotels I stay that actually had washclothes!

I truly enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and professional. The
room was perfect and we left personal belongings and Staff member Sunny
placed them in a bag and even found something that we had not realized
was missing yet, my sons phone charger. This will be our new destination
when we are in St. Petersburg. -
