I truly enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and professional. The room was perfect and we left personal belongings and Staff member Sunny placed them in a bag and even found something that we had not realized was missing yet, my sons phone charger. This will be our new destination when we are in St. Petersburg. Stayed in double queen suite. Everything was clean and the beds were super comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even helping me find a taxi for the night. Hotel was close to downtown which was excellent!.
kaikki arvostelut » We were there to attend a wedding and the pice was good as we had spent lots of money at Sea World and Disney earlier in the week with our son and his family from Denmark. Big, clean rooms and clean bathroom. Pool and jacuzzi spa both nice, though the spa was really more of a hot tub than a jacuzzi. Reasonable breakfast. Comfortable bed. We enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. Location was fine, with a short drive to the beach. Will definitely come back for future stays. The Bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was great. The Pool was nice and the staff was friendly. The Air was very cold in the room that I Love. Friendly staff. Large room, no tripping over each other. Heated pool was nice after car ride and sitting at game. I have stayed before and will again. refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot in room nice table and chairs to sit at close to grocery store quiet. Excellent location for someone unfamiliar with the area. Many offerings close by. Staff very helpful. Location was great, Publix grocery store and CVS within walking distance. great location. great people working there. Friendly staff, good breakfast, comfy bed. convenience to the venue. close to the stadium. There was nothing negative to say about this resort. Quite far out of town but it is on a bus route which runs til reasonable time apart from Sunday when you would have to drive anywhere you wanted to go. The pool towels were very small and I had to kill two bugs in my room. Cardio room had 3 machines and one was broken. No shuttle service to the baseball games. not a dislike but a helpful hint. toilet set in room needed replacing this century. as a realtor its the little things that count. Carpet was dirty - had to wear socks or bottom of feet turned black!. they did not have us down for the reservations, and we had our confirmation number with us, my son has to sleep on a couch, as we were not able to get the two queen beds as was what we were authorize for. the person that waited on us was rude in a way, maybe over whelmed, but he did offer us (his only room left). I did felt like we imposed on his fulness and he did not want to bother with us. we did not get the reserved room we asked for. There were not enough easily accessed power outlets to charge our phones & laptop. breakfast was very basic...I would not call it "deluxe".
