Visiting my daughter at eckerd college needed an in expensive no frills hotels to sleep. That's what I got. If the hotel is your vacation then pay more for a fancy place. If your days will be spent enjoying Florida and your hotel is just meant for sleeping then This place is fine. Yes like past reviews it is dated the bathroom is old but so what not living here just sleeping here a few nights and it works!.
kaikki arvostelut » 4th time at this inn. as I have said before a little investment of monies in this place would make it quite a charmer. room was clean, water hot,ok bed, ok tv. Price. the rooms were clean and nice. The beds were comfy. Price was OK. Price was good, but have had better accomadations for same. older facility, for the price what we expected but..... close to the city and the beach... The distance to where we had to go. Nothing. I didn't have high unreasonable expectations so I didn't have any disappointments. little details.light bulb out in bathroom. shower head needs replaced. as a one time room inspecter of a four star hotel i see the little things, that being fixed makes the day for someones stay.Its an old motel being maintained, that if owners put a little tlc in it would make it one hell of a charmer. The people above us were fighting loudly at 2:00 A.M. and were very disturbing. The parking was terriable. You have to walk to the back side of the building. Not very safe. That smell of the rooms and the dirty towels and bed sheets. something happened with electric and no t v since about 6 pm the last day we try use microwave and it did something the clerk said she has no one to fix she couldve offered another room or something. Did not like the overall feel of the area. Daughter got comfronted by a man that would not leave her alone, and had to RUN BACK TO THE HOTEL. Room was o.k., but not to my liking. Needed work on room that looked like they just didn't care what it looked like, just looking for the booking. shabby. The bathroom was grungy, no hangars, 2 queen size beds in a small room, towels hard, no tissues, room was stifling hot on entering, one lamp,etc. Not clean. Long black hair (a lot) on floor in bathroom,elseware?? carpeted areas??!!. not enouthg soap or shampo,only two towels for a family of 3... the room decore was old and ceiling tile was falling down on the floor and chair bathroom soap was broken off the wall the room had a funny smell but had to stay because it was to late to find some place else to stay. The window blinds were broken and did not cover the back windows. This window faced the back parking lot and exposed us to people looking in. The electric cord for the refrigerator was an industrial size extension cord and crossed the kitchenette floor which was a fire hazard. Overall the facilities were pretty atrocious. non working A/c; not clean enough; staff not very knowledgeable; no breakfast as charged; no plugs for the sink or tub (couldn't take a bath, only a shower-reason we took this room was for a bubble bath and soak).
