  Really great and helpful staff, friendly service. The free hotel shuttle is very convenient, especially when we were there for the Memphis in May and it was quite busy with not many free cabs. The staff are great and go out of their way to assist guests.   The Sheraton had not received our reservation from letsbookhotel.com, but the woman at the desk handled everything quickly and was very friendly. She honored our promised rate and got us in a room early. Also, the night desk workers and valets helped me get medicine late at night when my fiance got sick.
