The room was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly from the people who checked you in, the wait staff in the restaurant, and the bell men. The check in clerks Gary and Amanda were very helpful. I would recommend the hotel. It is in a good area. I was near the sites of Downtown Memphis, and all within walking distance. The exceptional staff went above and beyond to not only to accommodate us, but they also made sure that our stay at their hotel was comfortable and enjoyable. I wish that we had been able to stay longer than one night!.

The location is superb. Right behind Beale Street. The bathroom was very spacious and a nice change after some other very small one of some other chains. loved everything -- great hotel with excellent staff, service and security. Fantastic room and facilities and the best location in Memphis. Convenient to downtown and FedEx Forum. We let the valet park our car and walked everywhere we wanted to go. Well facilitated venue. Excellent location. Highly recommended. Really enjoyed our stay, clean friendly hotel great location. When we arrived they didn't have record of our reservation. I also felt very uneasy trying to make sure that I didn't touch the over priced snacks. Be careful, if you hold the snacks for 30 seconds or more you will have the snacks charged to your card. Be sure not to bother the refrigerator. That can be costly, also. I called about an issue regarding the credit card that was used and was told a member of management would call me back and I'm still waiting on that call although the situation did get taken care of. It is in a party area of town so be prepared. The music will last until 3 am. It didn't bother us but people should know about it. Water pressure was very average in the shower. that I couldn't stay longer!. There was nothing I disliked about our stay. Above. The pillows were way too soft. Museum on how to make a guitar was awful boring! Not worth time nor money. Had a problem checking in because girl didn't understand the rate we had. My letsbookhotel.com reservation was not found on their system. Luckily they had a room available and could accommodate us. However, what if they did not have a room available? The problem between letsbookhotel.com and the hotel should be fixed. I met a client at the hotel bar for a quick drink and it was really embarrassing to tell the clients to wait while I try and sort out a room. Also, for the price WiFi should be included for free. Bathtub was very small and unusable for a relatively large person. There were incidentals included in the price I felt I should have been aware of. For the price of staying in the hotel, it would have been nice if the refrigderator would have worked properly. Also, I was shocked that even if I was able to use it, I would have been charged. My overall experience, was just ok. I do not believe I will stay at this particular hotel again on my next visit. Over priced ..... Parking was close but nobody really knew how much it cost ... I didn't want to leave to go anywhere during my stay because no two people could give the same explanation about the cost .... I felt trapped and had to get everything at the hotel when I arrived there they did not have my reservation.... Took 30 min to figure everything out.... Had to keep going down to the lobby ( from floor 8) because my key wouldn't work.... They didn't think it was a big deal. When I pulled back the bed spread I found blood stains on the sheets. The staff replaced them however it was discusting to me . Im sure the sheets had not been changed . They could not find our booking on arrival! Booked a table in Bleu Restaurant and they gave our table away to a single person, it was a booth for 4 to 6 Check-out was a nightmare, computers down, staff struggled with manual system, paid in cash and got no receipt, said they would email it but still not received it. Parking expensive inconvenient no free wi-fi.
