  The Hotel was a great Inn. The staff (Chris) was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were large and very cozy. Includes a big tv with free video on demand! The bed is super comfy. The breakfast is simple but served in a very cozy room. Don't expect a huge hotel - it's a motel - and a very nice one.   Everything was great. Don't let the exterior fool you. Very welcoming, from the staff to the environment. Beach is literally steps away. It is lively all around. Most people would complain about the noise, but you have to take into account that that's just the Venice/Santa Monica environment. Fun and the sun is at your doorstep. We asked for a beach/ocean view and were upgraded upon - Brilliant, friendly & helpfull staff. It's right on the famous boardwalk next to plenty of restaurants & a small convenience store. It's secure, with a good safety deposit box in the room & I felt safe despite the colour characters going in & out at night. My room was also impeccably clean, as was the whole hotel. - The staff at this hotel were sensational! We got to check-in early, had our bags carried up 3 flights of stairs (because the elevator was on the fritz) and got to check-out late so we could sleep off our jet-lag. Plus they have one of the best lobby spaces I've ever seen and there's rooftop access to watch the sunset over Venice.

The staff was very friendly and helpful in providing information and printing my boarding passes. The location was superb - close to the Hollywood Walk of Fame, theatres and shopping.   It was a very nice hotel for the money compared to other hotels in the area. The breakfast was indeed great. Friendly staff. The staff acted as owners instead of employees. I left my Ipad and immediately it was turned in to the front desk. When I went to recover it, had to have ID. I was in Los Angeles for a funeral and had to spend big bucks for airline tickets so definite budget was a plus. I would use this hotel even i - Free breakfast! The location is awesome, in front of Ralph Supermarket, its very closed to Rodeo Drive and Westwood Village. Moreover, the Mr. Manager has fast response to handle problem, very helpful and he did an excellent job to find the solution. Since we extremely very happy with their service, finally we extended out stay and really enjoy the rest of our holiday...!!!
