  The service was impeccable. Staff were friendly and more than willing to help with any request. Early checkin and late checkout request was accomodated with ease which was important as we had flown in from Australia.   We got upgraded to a suite as it was our honeymoon. The room was quite simply the best I have stayed in and I've stayed in a few suites. The staff could not do enough for you and we're always there in the background to help.   I loved the hotel and all the staff. The hotel was beautiful and our room was so spacious and elegant. All the concierge staff were always available to help us in anyway. Christine in particular went out of her way to provide us with traveling tips and helpful maps, etc. They had a complimentary shuttle service that we used each day. Architecture and history of building and scale and pace of district (Culver City) compared with LA in general. We always stay here when in LA because of above and because of reasonable rates. - The staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful and hospitable, the room was very comfortable and I could have stayed in the shower all day it was so good. I would definitely reccomend this hotel to other travellers. I was a little concerned about it's location but it is right in the middle of Culver City which had a superb selection of restaurants and bars to chose from. It is also only a short trip from LAX.

  As I had to vacate my home for renovations I was pretty tired the first night I checked in my room made a noise..they gladly moved me to a smaller room ( only room available) and discounted it. The following day they upgraded me to Villa # 55. from here on the stay was great............would have loved to have stayed longer. Restaurant food was good and amnience made me feel like I could be in mexico - Still has the rock star vibe. We were lucky to enjoy a 'Live at the Sunset Marquis' summer concert by the pool during our stay. Magical! We took our children for breakfast to Mel's Diner on Sunset Av. Lots of great restaurants in walking distance.
