  We were there for a night after arriving on a long flight from Australia - I was sooo relieved when we got to the hotel at 9 am and they let us check in as we were completely exhausted!! - Hotel staff made us feel special.   The service was impeccable. Staff were friendly and more than willing to help with any request. Early checkin and late checkout request was accomodated with ease which was important as we had flown in from Australia.   The room was spacious ( 3rd level handicap accessible rooms) with a patio. Room 355 and 353. We were next to the pool and gym. The room had rain forest shower heads and very comfortable beds. You can order a complimentary fridge for your room and connect the rooms together with opening an inner door in the rooms.   It's a typical Hilton. We stayed here for the last two nights of our two week holiday as it was very close to the lax and return car hire depot. Check-in was easy and fast, we used the self parking option, the car park seemed to always be quite full, we had to drive down to level 5 or 6 every day, this option was $25 a day. The room was clean and comfortable. I would certainly recommend your hotel to others.
