  Enjoyed the facility itself, but the staff made our stay more pleasurable. The location was within walking distance to almost all of Newport. I will go again. - I love that the hotel is unique and desn't feel like any chain hotel. I also love the history of the hotel and that it has been open since 1929.

Nice hotel shop with reasonable prices. - The location was perfect. We took the trolley tour which was right next door. The restaurant and bar had good food and reasonable prices.

  I was truly pleased with this particular location. We are a middle aged couple who just decided to take off midweek for a quick trip to the cape/Newport etc. Staff was so friendly, helpful and courteous.
