We stayed at this hotel while my sister was having tests and lots of appointments at a nearby medical center. The beds were really comfortable, and having a kitchen was a great bonus. The shuttle provided to local shopping (target, a grocery store) meant we could easily buy food for the week that we were there. The pool area was nice to sit in

The staff. Front desk was awesome! The hotel was booked full, long line of people checking in and 1 lady handled everyone with a smile, pleasant attitude, and she made it appoint to acknowledge and apoligize to everyone for the wait.. Dealing with her in the beginning of my stay made it all worth it. I believe her name is Jamie

My stay at this hotel was a great experience.The staff was very helpful and professional.I was upgraded to a suite that the the size of an apartment,very spacious.It was exactly what I was lookin for.The location was phenomenal I was in the middle of downtown and the galleria area,that was great.I was very happy with my choice . -

The Doubletree was a beautiful hotel. The rooms were immaculate, the bed was extremely comfortable and of course we were greeted with warm cookies! The Front Reception staff went to extra efforts to ensure our stay was a good one and assisted us with finding restaurants, activities and shopping. -
