  Good and a clean place for the money. The staff were courteous and it is a simple and an inexpensive place to stay if you want something on a low budget. Walking distance to movies, and great ethnic asian cuisine. - I liked that is was pet friendly at no extra charge. Once we got the handicapped room, it was perfect. The beds were comfortable.

  The staff were so friendly and welcoming and all, especially the concierge Ray, went out of their way to help. We felt genuinely welcomed and appreciated the insider tips on using a Munipass or finding a good place to eat. The hotel was quiet and although the eating area for breakfast is small, there was never a problem finding somewhere to sit and eat. Having parking was also excellent.

  This was my first trip to sf taking my 13 year old granddaughter. The staff was very friendly and helpful with directions, restaurants and ways to travel around the city. The breakfast was simple but all that was needed to start our day plus sitting outside in the courtyard was delightful. The rooms were bright and very clean.
