  This place is a 90 year old hotel and it wears it well. It's elevator is a clicketly-clack apparatus with a scissor gate-that you have to hold the floor number for a couple of seconds to roll- did I feel safe using it? Yes. Did I think it added to the ambiance? Absolutely. I - The Abigail hotel was comparatively inexpensive, basic accommodation but quirky and my room was clean and provided a comfortable bed, clean linen and towels, a bay window overlooking the Museum of Asian Art and a compact bathroom. Loved the lift!

  Location is central a little the wrong side of town but this is why it is cheap I thnk if you can go along with the crazies around its fine.
