The hotel was very modern, and very comfortable, if we had more time I would have definitely used more of the facilities offered in the hotel. The sights were so beautiful in san fran, will definitely be coming back here again.

The daily maid service was impeccable and the staff were all very pleasant. The wi-fi worked well and was free though not quite fast enough to take large downloads like movie files well. Great rooms with a nice view from the 23rd floor. Excellent staff, courteous, and friendly. We were able to walk daily and to have close access to the bus line. Around the corner multiple restaurants for late suppers. Highly recommended. Was there with my wife and 4 older children.
