We were extremely pleased with this hotel. The location was fantastic and the extra touches.....coffee, tea & hot chocolate in the morning, wine, beer and hot cider between 5 and 6 and then cookies later in the evening made the stay even more pleasant. We were able to get a great price through letsbookhotel.com and the room and the staff were great. We would definitely stay again.

Great designed and very original hotel with some different conceptual work inside. The room area was large enough. I loved the writings on the walls, the towels, and the lightning of the room.Ther e is even ironing table inside the room, very practical. Hotel location is very central. The stafff were proffessional and helpful. A remarkable place to stay again.

Stayed 4th Dec 2013.Hotel location great, just at entrance to Chinatown and short walk to Union Square and Market Street, only there for 2 nights so good for us. Staff very helpful and let us leave our bags there after checkout until early evening until we flying out. Very clean and big bed and plenty space in the room. Shower in bathroom great pressure and nice and hot.
Would recommend for short stopover, certainly not luxury but adequate.

This is an outstanding hotel. The service is superb and the staff courteous and polite. The dining experience is fabulous, and the chicken curry (ask for the white meat to be changed for dark meat) is divine. Room service is rapid, with the slowest delivery being 32 minutes - that would be extremely fast for most 5 star hotels that I have stayed in.

and the Europa is now my official choice of stay whenever i'm in San
Francisco. No outrageous deposits and even booked my airport shuttle
without any hassle. My number one recommendation for any budget traveler
who wants to stay somewhere in the city that is safe, clean and

Was very quiet, slept wonderfully. Decor quaint & beautiful. Bed comfy, water pressure great. Bkft included was good & filling. Cannot say enough great things about this adorable hotel. Beautiful hotel in the best location. The rooms are very clean and the staff is amazing. The hotel is located by really nice cafes and great restaurants, although I would stay away from the Italian restaurant right next door. Bad service and not very good. On the other hand, the cafe/bakery on the other side of the entrance is really good. -
