Very comfortable. I was able to relax almost as soon as I walked in the hotel. Staff was very kind and professional. Entire facility was clean and orderly. The bed was super comfortable. The staff was more than helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good. Comfortable,accessible,convenient and suitable for the purpose.Convention.

The fresh warm cookies at check in and out as well as the friendly staff. Everything was great about this place. excellent breakfast friendly staff. Everything!!!!. Room service - food was a good standard House keeping were attentive and helpful Cookies that you get on arrival and departure! And please tell me what gay-friendly in question #3 has anything to do with my stay at your hotel. The room was clean but the bathtub tiles had mold. Water presssure terrible. Location. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel gives the illusion of being high class. The room rates were great. No jacuzzi. The parking down below was ok but weird. A bit high priced but that was clearly because May is a high season in Houston. The bar closed early and the bar staff was not friendly. The hotel was sometimes difficult to get to also. n.a. Breakfast not budget friendly for large families!. High charge on Internet usage, it should be included with rent. No kettle or fridge in the room Quilt was damp from recent laundering - but this was switched as soon as I informed housekeeping Wi-fi charges ($12.95 per day) Confusing television menu Room service not a 24hour service. The room was not the room shown on the website when I order and what was expected. It was so small we could barely past each other going in and out of the bath area. I was disappointed but had better things to deal with the evening of our arrival to get into a discussion with the staff of the hotel. I understand the hotel was booked but I got scammed and will post my response on the web accordingly. I did not like your shower tiles. Clean but are turning yellow almost. I saw one tinny spot of black mold. I did not like that there was no fridge and microwave. There was a lot of noise from other guest and when we complained they said they were gonna upgrade me. That was a joke the only upgrade was a higher floor. Parking and location was horrible. Also it is advertised as a room with a view of the city, well maybe I could see the city if you tore down the three buildings blocking my view. I was not impressed with the quality of a double tree hotel. I have stayed at holiday inn with better quality. It's just not Hilton double tree quality.
