Location to airport, fast check in and out, great staff, clean comfortable room, very dated and old hotel however really catered well for my purpose which was a fast transit stop. My granddaughter and I stayed the night before our flight home. The service was great as well as the food. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and I'm picky!!!!. Close to the airport where you can relax after long flight and recover from jet lags. Very nice comfortable bed. Underground train takes yo to airport and back.

Soni the lady that helped us And give us all the attention. And the shuttel option to the mall . The room as a whole was clean. Beds comfortable. Close to our airport gate. Very convenient. Liked the convience to the airport. Very close to the airport terminal via transit train and to other city connections. The staff we delt with were very attendative and friendly in the cheesy American way. Location to airport. Convenience after flight canceled late at night and rescheduled on early flight the next day Hotel needs extreme make over !!. Location was the only plus I could find. Convenient for airport. Proximity to airport. Location. Location. No comment to make, they made the best of what they can offer... The price was high. I had issue with the booking but the staff did not call letsbookhotel.com and I did it as overseas phone call and managed to resolve it but with the cost of the phone call. The fact that the hotel charged for wifi in the room. At the prices they charge, wifi should be "free". When we checked in they gave us the wrong room key. We tried and tried to open the door only to discover there was someone already in that room . Those people were not happy as we woke them up, it was midnight. We traveled all the way back to the front desk and they gave us a new key and a new room. The restaurant available for breakfast was very expensive. 70.00 for 4 people. For the price they could have offered a Continenal Breakfast or something light for the early travelers. Desperately needs an update as stuck in a time warp. Dated hotel, no free wifi at these rates! Mattresses were to soft for a bad back, seemed to be wore out as there was a lump in the middle! Front desk did not ask about our stay, when I asked if they were interested he just shrugged his shoulders no other reply!!!. The Breakfast restaurant was not good enough. This hotel is very tired and worn out. It is way over priced for what you get. The revolving restaurant doesn't even revolve any more.The only reason they can charge the rates they do is because of the convenience and location at the airport. Bit scruffy and run-down, inconvenient building shape. Very expensive for what it is. The hotel is old. Looks like it needs a major renovation. The price of over $300 is way out of line for a Motel 6 1970's hotel. Marriott should be ashamed of this facility and charging so much. room old and no amenities were provided. Charged a Flight room charge in addition to my fee. Couldn't find my reservation and had to wait 20 minutes until they found it. Old room, old bathroom, Wifi connection charged, bad value for money.
