The staff were helpful in locating information for us. They picked us up after dropping our hire car back. Then took us to the airport. The rooms were spacious clean & modern. Breakfast was provided with both continental and cooked eggs available. The location to the airport was close so you do get some aircraft noise but thus is minimal once inside the hotel. I would stay here again well done. Free parking on site.

We loved that we could leave our vehicle at the hotel while we were on our vacation. We also really loved the provided travel to and from the airport. You guys were awesome!. The manager Terry, was warm and welcoming. The room was clean and very nice. Free wifi. The breakfast was good. There is a free shuttle to and from the airport. We liked the closeness to the airport. I was impressed of the staff offering to drive us to downtown after the ordered morning taxi was getting late. Room was clean, spacious & comfortable. Friendly staff, helpful almost to a fault. Location to car rental return and airport excellent. The best was the front desk staff and that there was a breakfast included and shuttle service close to the airport. clean, staff lovely, fantastic contintental breakfast, shuttle service A+... great how close to airport it is!!!. I thought the hotel was very modern. Perfect for the romantic get away for my boyfriend and I. Close to the airport, great service, friendly staff, able to leave car there during trip. The public areas air conditioning was a little on the cool side. Its a 30 drive to the city, so not well positioned for going there regularly, breakfast misses yoghurt and muesli. Very far from the city, but conveniently close to the airport. Breakfast was fine, but a little plain. nothing!!!. Only thing I didn't like was that the toilet was away from the shower. I guess it's something I would have gotten used to if my stay was longer. none. Some road noise from nearby JFK boulevard. The professionalism of some staff members when interacting with clients could improved. The breakfast selection could have been bigger. Uncomfortable sofa bed Noisy room from airport. N/a. We had two rooms for two nights ..we were charged every day every room a mastercard charge which didn't make since on our final bill for using a creditcard ...I can see if charge was done one time on final bill but everyday each room for same creditcard never again stay there!!!. Only stayed for 3 hours between flights.
