Pam, the housekeeper was so friendly and accommodating - greeted us when we arrived, pointed us to our room, moved her car so we could park closer, she is a real asset to your facility. - Loved that it was pet friendly even though we didnt have our dogs with us on this trip.   We loved the location and the hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The desk clerk even printed out our plane boarding passes for the next day. There is a waterfall over 200 feet high right at the hotel and the hotel itself has a lot of character and was plenty luxurious. The rate for our room the night we stayed there was excellent.
