Loved the setting, river view, urban setting. Pam, the housekeeper was so friendly and accommodating - greeted us when we arrived, pointed us to our room, moved her car so we could park closer, she is a real asset to your facility. -
Loved that it was pet friendly even though we didnt have our dogs with us on this trip. They had a dog greet us

Evening clerk was most welcoming and had helpful recommendations for breakfast. She is a fine ambassador.
She did turn on the thermostat, as asked, but it was set to Low Cool. I changed that to Low Heat. The room needed only a few minutes to warm up a few degrees. Very comfortable bed. Good reading lights. -
