We stayed here for our honeymoon and I rang ahead of time to arrange something special to be left in our room upon our arrival. Anything we had to sign or check over was brought to us while we sat, relaxed and enjoyed an Arabic tea. Then we were led to our room by Charles who was extremely helpful - I must say I loved our 2 day stay at the Ritz Carlton Dubai as a stopover on our way to Europe. Staff were very friendly & went out of their way to help with anything at all providing excellent service. The location of the Ritz Carlton Dubai is fabulous & the hotel is absolutely amazing set on Jumeriah Beach with magnificent views and grounds. Thankyou Ritz Carlton for a very memorable experience.

  Luxurious hotel with beautifully decorated rooms. Lovely view from our mansion - block 9. Balcony with proper seating is such a plus. Gardens are immaculate.
