This was my second stay at the hotel and just as last time everything was working perfectly fine. Perfect location, smooth check-in and check-out, very nice pool and fitness facilities. During the cooler months you can walk to JBR Walk, which is only 10-15 minutes away, or you can take a stroll on the Marina Walk, which is just outside the hotel. Being connected with the Marina Mall there is plenty of shopping and dining facilities close by if you don't want to have your meals at the hotel.

Hotelli oli äärimmäisen siisti ja henkilökunta ystävällistä. Fish market -illallinen jäi myös mieleen ehkä parhaana koskaan nauttimanani kalaillallisena. Hotellista ei jäänyt mitään negatiivista mieleen mistä voisi valittaa. -

We booked for a twin bed but when we arrived the hotel was fully booked!
I felt so disappointed but the manger came to as and gave as a room for
that night in another movenpick hotel and arranged everything for us and
the hotel lemo toke us there,,after coming back the next day we got an
upgrade for bigger room with free breakfast and free access to the
lounge,,the hotel staff was friendly and they were always asking if we
need any help and they were updated with any order we made..

When we arrived we were led to a resting area while the receptionist checked us in. Anything we had to sign or check over was brought to us while we sat, relaxed and enjoyed an Arabic tea. Then we were led to our room by Charles who was extremely helpful -
I must say I loved our 2 day stay at the Ritz Carlton Dubai as a
stopover on our way to Europe. Staff were very friendly & went out
of their way to help with anything at all providing excellent service.
The location of the Ritz Carlton Dubai is fabulous & the hotel is
absolutely amazing set on Jumeriah Beach with magnificent views and
grounds. Thankyou Ritz Carlton for a very memorable experience.

I called from Canada to ask if they could save a copy of the Khallej Times because I wanted to see the business ad I had placed before my arrival. I was pleased when one of the emplyees showed up at my door only 5 minutes after my arrival with a copy. Impressive service for my 4 days. Staff were very friendly and accommodating especially as it was during Ramadan they made sure we knew the laws/rules which go with this fasting time so we didn't get into any trouble! Spotlessly clean, didn't get to try all the food as only the main restaurant was open but food there was lovely. Mcgettigans pub is great spot, very lovely and food is great! Pool on the 11th floor is a must! I would happily recommend staying at the bonnington hotel, perhaps outside Ramadan to get the best out of
