Ellerbrook House is a family-run guest house in a quiet leafy street just a few minutes' walk from shops, cafés and restaurants, and a 15-minute walk from Lake Windermere. Rooms at Ellerbrook are well-appointed and situated on 2 floors, with either en-suite or private facilities. All rooms are well equipped with free Wi-Fi, a 27-inch Smart TV and hospitality tray. A hearty Lakeland breakfast is served in the dining room between 08:00 and 09:00, with local bacon and Cumberland sausage on offer. A packed lunch can be provided with a day’s notice. Hiking, cycling and climbing can be enjoyed within the surrounding Lake District National Park, as well as fishing and cruises on Lake Windermere. The World of Beatrix Potter attraction is just a 15-minute walk away.

very English style in the neighborhood, staff is very friendly to help us locate the key, at one time we thought we lost the door key. The room is clean. I like the place was clean and the location was perfect. Not to mention that the breakfast and the host was exceptional. Everything was really nice. Room, location, breakfast, wifi, staff really friendly and inviting.
