Staying at Beech House has totally restored my faith there are guest houses that go beyond anything a hotel can offer. Maureen was so friendly, warm and inviting we just did not want to leave. The room was cleaned daily, the breakfast cooked to perfection and early check-in was not at all a problem. We loved having the menu card to choose breakfast, it was a topic of discussion each day what we would try next. We would definitely return!.

When we arrived the room, toys and a trolley have been prepared for her. The breakfast was wonderful. My wife and my daughter were really happy during the stay. Best place ever!. Amazing breakfast! Real "haute-couture". Very nice location, rooms really are big enough for a normal person, bathrooms- also. Very warm welcome for our baby, we've even been given a box of toys, which he enjoyed playing during the stay. We liked the location as it wasn't too far from the train station and if you don't mind walking it is not too far from the lake. Hosts we fantastic, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, set you up for a good start to the day. They host us so well. The breakfast was excelent. Very good location and they advice her very good. We experienced that we forget our purse in the room and they send it to us straight away, so efficent. Thanks a lot!!. Fantastic stay. We had a family room and my kids loved it. The only bad thing is that you could not eat "take-away" at the room, it's a bit troublesome especially when you found discounted hot food at Booth... we liked our stay we dont have anything which we did not like. There was nothing we didn't like. Everything was better than anticipated. The bathroom is too small. The temperature of shower water was not stable. Water pressure/temperature in the shower was a bit variable. Small bathroom. Unstable hot water. The only thing, if I had to be picky, would be that the walls were so thin we can hear the guy next door snoring all night! But he did start singing 'I'm just a love machine' in the morning which provided us with a lot of entertainment!. room we had was very small.although there was a notice on the wall apologising for this. room is too small. Nothing. There was nothing we did not like. none. I suggest they get a more powerful ventilator as every morning the smell from cooking the breakfast was really strong and not pleasant, but the breakfast was quite nice. The beds make noise when we move and turn. The room is not sound proof, and we can hear the guest in the next room snoring . Hot water is unstable. Room is so small.
