The staff were really friendly and very helpful when my little girl was ill.It is a very clean
and lovely place to stay close to the beach, shops and train station which was very good for us.We were also able to keep our suitcase in a holding room until we checked in and after we had checked out which really came in handy. My children loved it and they would stay again.Very happy thanks for a lovely stay. kaikki arvostelut »
The staff were absolutely wonderful, so friendly and couldn't do
enough for us. The hotel is new modern, clean and trendy. Lovely shower
and bed. Breakfast was a bit pricey at £8.25 but was really nice. We
were given a top floor room with a sea view which was special, overall a
fantastic stay in a lovely hotel with the most wonderful staff.
Very welcoming and helpful Receptionist (Tracey).
Able to park outside for short while to unload.
Room at front with sea view.
Bathroom, especially shower (easy to control temperature/flow) and toiletry dispensers on walls.
Breakfast - plenty of food and drinks to choose from.
Comfortable bed and hotel not noisy at night.
From the time we booked in on arrival until we left at the end of our
short stay, everything was perfect. A special mention for Tracy on
reception, her courtesy and helpfulness on our arrival was outstanding,
we could not have been more pleased with how all staff applied Customer
Service, well done.
The entire staff were exceptionally friendly, saying hello every time
they saw us. The breakfast is outstanding for the price (ours was
included). The rooms were super clean, spacious and comfortable. The
noticeable lack of 'non-English speaking' customer facing staff
was a joy.
The location was brilliant and we got allocated from the Hotel Management a Seaview room and it was amazing, well worth the money. We both really enjoyed our 2 nights there,we wish we'd of stayed there a little bit longer, but we really enjoyed our stay.
Excellent reception staff. Fab room with sea view, we all loved it! Room was ready with all beds set up for four of us. Beds comfortable. Everything clean and working. Absolutely fantastic location!! We have booked to come back in July!.
Bedrooms are just lovely, clean and so quiet, the beds are so comfortable and guarantee a good nights sleep. Staff were so friendly, nothing too much trouble. Very helpful and caring. Location is excellent for beach and town.
The staff were very helpful and friendly, our daughter wanted an extra pillow and it was brought to us within 5 minutes, very clean close to all the attractions and beech as we were only staying 1 night didn't want to travel.

Staff were very friendly. The hotel was over the road from the beach and very close to attractions. The food in the
restaurant was good and as we took our 7 year old grandson with us it was convenient to eat there.
The hotel is very modern and very clean. The rooms are a good size and many have a great view over the sea front. The location is excellent, especially if you have young children as everything is on your doorstep.
The staff could not have been more helpful, they were exceptional. I can honestly say that they have been the friendliest and most helpful hotel staff I have ever encountered, and I've stayed in a lot of hotels!.

Very friendly staff, near to beach, pier and other amenities. Feeling of security again how friendly the staff were at both hotel and Brewers, my grandson just loved everything especially the food.
This is a very new Premier Inn right on the seafront. All new facilities therefore. Good quality of comfort and furnishing. Typical of the attention to detail Premier Inns profess to display.
Location was perfect, room was exceptionally clean and sound proofing was evident. Breakfast was superb and staff was very friendly, have already recommended it to family and friends.
Very friendly reception. Requested change of room, this was accommodated
immediately. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Beach view, close to
shops and restaurants. Value for money!.
The location couldn't have been better. The Brewers Fayre was
fantastic, (the buffet breakfast was excellent and the Brewers'
Fayre staff were really friendly and helpful).

Nothing.
A little warm at night - could not reduce temperature setting below 19 centrigrade, but perhaps due to lack of knowledge of using aircon control unit.
Lack of Car Parking.
N/A.
Room could have done with being a bit bigger for four of us.
Nothing, loved everything.
Not much choice on menu at brewers fare and thought it was quite expensive for what we had not good value for money, next time we would choose to eat at wetherspoons.
My length of stay! I should of booked it for longer haha.
The breakfast is quite expensive, although children do eat free, and it is eat all you like.
Parking was a bit of a chore.
There was nothing to dislike.
Nothing.
Didn't get the £29 deal!.
Lack of communication - we asked for a sea view on letsbookhotel.com and we
got no reply. We found out that this was not possible only by asking at
the desk after we had been allocated a room. No car park - we had to use
the ncp car park which was a little distant and expensive. Premier Inn
staff were unhelpful with this.
Hardness of the chair in the room.
nothing.
You appear to have stopped supplying sachets of hot chocolate. Did ask but told no. What if you don't drink tea or coffee? (And yes we did go and buy our own before anyone makes the comment!)
Car parking a real shocker. Extremely expensive at nearby off site car park.
nothing.
Nothing really was very happy.
having to pay a lot of money for parking £ 30..00 for 2 days, rec; to show on your add.
Lack of parking facilities, our room wasn't a sea view but I guess it's the luck of the draw!.
No onsite parking. Wifi costs £3 per day which seems a little cheeky these days.
The price of the hotel :), i found it a bit pricey.
No on site parking and at £10.00 for 24hrs it is an extra expense that
needs to be factored into your stay.
breakfast was slightly cold.
There was no on site parking and I had to be available to top up parking charges at a nearby private car park twice daily (8am and 8pm).
parking it cost to much for parking,.
we had the breakfast on sunday and the food was cold which I belive contraveins food and hygiene.
Only one sachet of coffee each.
nothing.
there was nothing to dislike.
I liked it all!.
There wasn't anything we didnt like!.
nothing.
Nothing.
Limited free wifi, no parking as such....
No disabled parking .. Infaxt no parking .. Had to use Pay as you go car park .. Not ideal :(.
