  It's an unusual little hotel in some ways, but my room in the new part was very clean and entirely met my needs. The lady proprietress was welcoming and very interesting to talk to, having run the hotel for many years and recently increased the number of rooms. Breakfast was good, but the meal the previous evening was quite excellent. The young lady behind the reception was extremly helpful and friendly.

  Friendly, helpful staff, good breakfast. We were allowed to stay in the car park even after we had checked out, as no other guests needed our space, which was very helpful. Excellent location, just a short walk into the town, to restaurants, museums etc. - The relaxed atmosphere, and hospitality of everyone their.   My daughter and I had an excellent stay in this gustehouse! Warm welcome, nice and clean room with some really nice extra's, perfect breakfast, parking. The service was excellent and personalised. Next time we come to Stratford upon Avon for the theater we will most certainly book our room again in the Dylan guesthouse!   Excellent price that included a wonderful full English breakfast, a comfy bed, coffee/tea/hot chocolate amenity in the room, and a gracious host in John Chandler, proprietor. - The room was bigger than I expected, with a huge shower. Good wireless internet. A great breakfast. Hotel was within a short walk from Leamington town centre.
