The welcome was warm and friendly, and being offered a pot of tea after a long drive is wonderful. Janet could not have done more for us. I usually stay in faceless hotels but decided to opt for something smaller just for a change, and this was a genuinely great find. Breakfast was lovely, and they accommodated our early start. Thanks to all at Park Cottage.

Church Farm is the ideal place to stay if you like a rural setting on the doorstep of the NEC. Comfortable, functional and all facilities we needed close at hand.
